Anyone know what happened with K&B Accountancy?

I was with K&B accountancy for a number of years. Mixed service that got worse and worse.

I MVLed earlier this hear. It was a pain to get my closing accounts done in time, but with some pressure it happened.

For my SATR, the last one I get included in the fees I paid already, I was assigned a JSA accountant.

Today I’ve noticed that the Google maps entry for K&B says permanently closed. I’d love to know what happened!

K&B Accountancy's website is still up, but at the bottom it says:
"K&B Accountancy Group is a trading name of J.S.A Services Limited..."
I guess they got bought out by JSA?

Yes, they did, but ages ago. They operated under their own name for quite some time. So something new has happened. Perhaps JSA decided to shut them down…

Why not ring them, ask what's going on and then come back and tell us?

Pretty normal when one business buys another - run it as a going concern whilst the integration takes place, then shut down the purchased asset brand once all people/systems/processes have been transferred over.

          Nothing to see here.
