I was with them for years and the guy I had was excellent. He'd reply same day all the time. I used to feel guilty and tell him it could wait a few times.
Back with same company now, different accountant and it couldn't be more different. First email a week. Then excuses.
Been working a month, sent fairly urgent email, because we've not even sorted company split, or payroll yet, and of course, my contract has ended. That was 10 days. I've had an email telling me how they were, how they were off from 22nd until jan 4th but thats it.
Obviously, today is 22nd and no reply yet. Am I being unreasonable here to think this is a bit crap?
In terms of value for two monthy payments I've had one rushed phone call and pretty much sod all else off them....
