Debit card that can link to AMEX

Any one has suggestions? After a huge effort spent to open up paypal and paypal business debit card, I just realise, that is quite useless. as Paypal's service is hopeless and charge a huge FX mark up ( they promote with no fee, but a huge mark up..) and it can't link to AMEX

So you want something like Curve (which doesn't connect to Amex)?

No other product exists AFAIK

There is a reason Amex gives you all those points.

Its because they can afford to given the fees they charge merchants.
