Not a problem as long as were inside ir35, because any other determination if they returned to the same role would be tax evasion not tax planning.

It's your call, what's your appetite to risk? It sounds like you're so far inside IR35 at the moment I would look to leave now. There is a school of thought that shutting your company down will offer a degree of protection, but you really need expert advice.

It's dependent on their appetite to risk. Many left to go to the private sector as they did not want to work inside, public sector rates rose for inside gigs in many cases.

a common Bristolian mistake I've observed, as well as adding an L on the end of words ending in a vowel.

and there's a propensity for some regions to write there when they mean their, because that's how it's said.

I get your view points but if its possible I wouldn’t put it past HMRC and would take the lower risk approach probably.

That's cool, it's your money. I'd at least ask them for a discount since HMRC has never tried the thing you are insuring against.
