    IPR Contracts

    All,

Just wondering what everybody else's opinion on handing the copyright/IPR to the work you produce over to the Agency/Client. Normally in the Ltd Company -> Agency contract it's a few lines, pretty vague but have you ever been given a IPR document from the End Client (usually signing over your soul to them)?

Me personally, I think we should retain the copyright/IPR of the work we do but give clients a license to use the work we produce for a one off nominal fee but how many would go for this?

    Thanks
    Gareth

Yes, experienced both. Just wondering what other contractors do and what they've been able to achieve and how.
