    IPR Contracts

    All,

    Just wondering what everybody else's opinion on handing the copyright/IPR to the work you produce over to the Agency/Client. Normally in the Ltd Company -> Agency contract it's a few lines, pretty vague but have you ever been given a IPR document from the End Client (usually signing over your soul to them)?

    Me personally, I think we should retain the copyright/IPR of the work we do but give clients a license to use the work we produce for a one off nominal fee but how many would go for this?
