    Hello

Well, it's like deja vu all over again isn't it. Thanks for the sincere and heartfelt welcome backs from the competition :-)

Am very excited about the new project - is great to be able to design something from the ground up with all the experience of the past 20+years of what works. Comes down eventually of course to the same thing- how can we make your lives easier- think we have something unique.

Happy to answer any questions here or of course email etc. Am sure blatant at plugs are still frowned upon here, but you did ask Alan.

    PS what spreadsheets....?
P.S. What Spreadsheet? Revolutionising the contracting market again.

Context is everything. Risk and effort didn't work for us. May work for you. Genuinely wish you well with it.

He's a great guy. Awesome accountant. Used to design spreadsheets in spare time.

The high school dropout who banked £80m - BBC News

Yet according to sasguru, without university education in a subject that teaches you logic, you are a cretin.

Disappointingly, there was not one mention of the single biggest factor in Simon Dolan's path to mega millionaire status - THE SPREADSHEET!

BBC journalism clearly isn't what it used to be, LOL.

I think after another 5-10 years with ever increasing student fees and debt, improvements in virtual courses and better technically focused training/modern apprenticeships, a standard three year degree will start to lose its attraction for many young people.

The obvious exceptions being those who want to enter a profession where a degree is almost mandatory like medicine/dentistry/veterinary science.
