I was wondering if the following is possible:
I would like to offer a personal, home-feel type of experience as a personal coach. So I thought it would be best to rent a studio flat and expand my coaching business from there.
Would this need to be declared in my tenancy agreement? Visits would be minimum to 2-3 per day. I also would use the flat as my base in Central London vs travelling back home during weekdays.
Any thoughts re: business rates or these won't be applicable? Any laws I should look at?
