The clause is to stop people using them as brothels but also to stop nuisance being caused to other occupants who live in the building by multiple visitors.
Therefore I would strongly doubt you would be able to do this legally.

There are studios which are more artist living spaces where what you want to do would be allowed but you would have to rent them for the longer term. linkyLast edited by SueEllen; 19 April 2017, 11:16.
