Well, had no comms whatsoever from my new accountancy until today when they sent out a mail with a good portion of their client base in the To: field.

I'm going to stick with them on the strength of your recommendations.... I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and work on the assumption that they've been well and truly dropped in it at the worst possible time.

But, honestly, I'm not blown away!
