    You need to pay someone in cash, but you are saying ATM or going into branch isn't an option ? If that is the case, surely bank transfer would be most viable option. Or you could look into Western Union ??

          It might well be. Good call. That's what I reckon as well.

          To the OP.... whatever you do the money must be traceable to the 'subcontractor'/'MIL'/whomever or else Hector could deem it a dodgy/illegal payment. So the recipient must be able to provide a genuine/traceable receipt or invoice.
          And it must be for services in relation to your business.

                      Could you get your "friend" to open a new bank account, then he/she/it will get £100.
                      How much are you wanting to pay them, and will they be raising an invoice?
