Indeed but someone has posted a newbie question so surely there is nothing wrong with pointing out associated issues he might not know about like IR35. That's what I was getting at.Originally posted by SueEllen View PostNah he's talking about the matter in hand e.g. the client has NO money.
If a client tells you have NO money you take what they have got and run fast.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Being forced into not getting the 3 months is then surely an indicator of the opposite?Originally posted by northernladuk View Post3 months is going to be a very strong IR35 indicator. I hope you've got insurance.See You Next TuesdayComment

I'm talking from a contractual level. Yes he has some good evidence by getting canned but he's having to defend a bad position rather than having and strong outside contract. He's been lucky from an IR35 perspective.Originally posted by Lance View PostBeing forced into not getting the 3 months is then surely an indicator of the opposite?'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
