First time LTD - need recommendation - a firm to review new contract

Firstly, thank you to everyone for your super-fast advice. To cut the story short - I spoke to all that you've recommended; esp. Roger seemed really great. Unfortunately, I was pretty much all over the place because of the speed at which the agency and the client were asking me to accept & sign the contract so at the end I did the unthinkable & only had it reviewed by SJD (and am truly hoping & wishing that I didn't screw something up in the process).

To be honest it's more than a majority of contractors get so even done by SJD you are ahead. Take some heart in the fact you have started out properly should be also able to mitigate IR35 issues as you learn so keep at it.
