Guys I'm with one of the "contractor" accountants and recently my personal accountant had to take some time off. I've had a couple of things which needed taking care of and have been chasing for a over a week (apparently the emails are being monitored). I thought by going with a company and not a 1 man shop that wouldn't be the case and someone else would step in to help out. Am I expecting too much here?

Usually the best bet is to name the accountants, experience suggests that this is the best way to obtain a response and resolution to your problem.Originally posted by cinek View PostGuys I'm with one of the "contractor" accountants and recently my personal accountant had to take some time off. Try it again until you get an answer. Contact them on their twitter feed if they have one. Check you terms of engagement and see if there is anything about SLA replies and point this out in a fairly strong email,Originally posted by cinek View Postalready tried, no answer'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
