    Chasing payment fury

    Hi all,

    I did a days work in Oct for XYZ networks,

    - Invoiced the same day (mid Oct) with a lengthy 45 days payment term.

    - Mid Nov I chased this up to see if they had a payment date, to be pointed straight at their t&c's and told it would be ready 45 days from the invoice.

    - That day came and no payment (shocker) so I gave it a week and chased it up again, to be told it would be raised with finance.

    - Now 14 days late, I am told it will be released Mid January (next payment run) which will be around 42 days late and that's if its paid.

    Can I charge a fixed fee as statuary interest wouldn't amount to a great deal considering the amount of time I have wasted chasing this

    Any pointers would be great.

    Thanks

          No you were suppose to wait for me or some other regular poster to mention you.

          Then you were suppose to come on here and say you have these letters.

          You don't want to get banned do you? ;
