Neither do I.

They are charging you for accounts prep etc which they do at the end of the year.

They are just being kind and giving you 12 easy payments rather than one big one.

You can pick the phone up and ring them at anytime and to a certain extent as much as you want. Should they put a premium rate number for that instead?

How long would you spend on a client for a grand a year? Less than two days. It's not a lot of time.

Which is where I was (and that is why I asked the question) and moved when few of their Main accountants moved to a company that advertises here on CUK. I have now been told that we cannot put the account in suspension.
