    Short-term contractor working through LtdCo

My young cousin has a 12-week fixed term contract @ £200/day and doesn't want the hassle of going down the LtdCo route for such a minor contract.

Normally I'd get him to go down the umbrella route but was thinking of setting him up on my books, for no other reason than to get an entry into the end client and to canvass for work.

His turnover would be £12k - what would he expect to take home if i got him to work through MyCo?

And the cost to me of running this project through MyCo?

    Thanks

WNLUKS. But if not, consider your responsibilities as his employer - pension auto enrollment, payroll, sick pay, holiday pay, insurances.

Might mean it's more hassle than it's worth.
