I would like to have an IR35 contract review done as recently I picked up a new client and am using a new agency (as required by the client). I am satisfied that my contract with the agency is outside IR35, as are my working practices. I usually get a £99 contract review done by my accountant to keep on file along with an updated working practices questionnaire every time I move contract (roughly annually).
For completeness I would like to also have the contract between the Agency and the end client reviewed for IR35. I've done this in the past without issues. However in this particular case the Agent has said they would not provide me with a copy of the contract as it is "commercially sensitive". I've suggested they redact the sensitive bits (presumably around their % cut of my rate) but they are still refusing.
I'd be interested to hear if you have had this problem and if so, how did you get around it? Any accountants or IR35 bods out there think this stinks?
With thanks
