    The company the website represents is registered here, but from earlier digging I suspect the parent co. is Indian and so relevent as to who the contract for services was with.

        So he's too busy working on a rate that only gets him £5k over 3 months to chase a claim that takes a couple of hours and worth £5k to him. I think he's got his priorities wrong IMO.
