I've moved address 4 times since the MTM scheme started. What's the chances of me receiving an APN?Last edited by SantaClaus; 25 March 2015, 11:14.'Orwell's 1984 was supposed to be a warning, not an instruction manual'. -

If you have moved AND told HMRC but they fail to send to the latest address you gave them, arguably an APN to a former address is not "served".
If you have moved and NOT told HMRC, then if a notice/demand is sent to the last address they have, it may still be "served" even if you don't get it. If the demand is unpaid because you didn't know it was in existence, you may still have a penalty in such circumstances.
