The loan agreement is quite clear.

The letter I've received is a formal demand for repayment of 10% of the loans.

Is it not the case that the loans are only repayable if there are no further tax liabilities for each year?

I've got nearly half a million in loans so I hope not.

Sorry. This is obviously a different scheme. Please ignore me.

Likewise I received a letter for APN costs, but it reads more like a rather ambiguous request than a demand - either way, to date MP have been pursuing HMRC at no cost to its clients, as promised in various past missives, and they certainly gave no notice that any of their actions would cost me anything. Not a good precedent, and I won't be adding any more to their coffers I'm afraid.

MP running out of cash? How? Why? Not too good with numbers perhaps? Companies running out of cash can just shut down or declare bankruptcy. What with the length of time just this one scheme ran (one no doubt of several they were/are running), the number of members, and the fees each of them were paying....nah, don't buy it.

It's also the case that different people are being asked for different amounts for this APN grievance "request" invoice.

                  A mate was asked for £600. I was asked for £840 (£700 + VAT).

Guess that's for the deluxe APN response on heavier paper.
