      Voted Yes.

Just a point. I couldn't see the Voting option via the IPhone app - had to do it via a web browser just in case anybody else is wondering where it is.

Are you going to appeal using TAA/George?

Certainly am. Thanks again to DR, Santa and the NTRT team.

do we want hmrc to know how many members are prepared to go forward with this. They will be able to gauge the likely financial support we can muster

May I ask what possible affect the 'TAA/George' has on the HMRC enquires to the EBT schemes please?

                      A no vote ..

I am an - and have been - an NTRT member for many years and am affected by the same stress as everyone else here.

I won't be able to use the TAA argument as it might affect my future position and hence have voted 'No'.

For those fellows who are able to use this angle I do wish you the very best of luck! My gratitude and admiration goes to the NTRT team and the forum members fighting this injustice for such a long time. You have got the hearts of lions. I hope you will succeed and will keep fingers crossed for each and ever one of you.
