    new reporting requirements + UTR

I couldn't find anything on this site via google, so...

    HMRC says here: https://www.gov.uk/government/public...e-changes-mean

    You should also include the:

worker’s unique taxpayer reference - if they are self-employed or a member of a partnership
start date of work with client
end date of work with client - if there is one
My agency is asking for my UTR, but I'm LTD. Have I missed something?

    Ta.

Ah... no. That was infact the long-schlong tree, which looks very similar to the ugly tree to those less familiar with it.

You haven't missed anything; as it quite clearly states, they do not require your UTR.

The reporting requirements haven't even started yet, but the least they could do is get it right.

Tell them that as per HMRC requirements, they are not required to include your UTR and you will not be giving them this information.

Thanks. I don't want to be giving info away for no reason if I don't have to.
