Up to 90% net pay without avoiding tax

Another one from ContractJobs.com's email spam engine...
    • Keep up to 90% of your contract value
    • Faster payments as standard with no extra charge
    • Full employment rights, benefits and protection
    • Maximum possible earnings, minimum effort
    • 100% HMRC compliance

Rather than using an EBT, this one uses a partnership to legally avoid paying taxes:

There are a number of tax savings and cash flow opportunities that can be achieved with a partnership. Partnerships can provide a number of commercial advantages in addition to the significant tax benefits, giving you greater flexibility and a higher net return.

Got to ask how you get full employment rights when you are a partner.

Its not the scariest one I've seen recently. The one that used your own pension was actually rather clever (but would screw you permanently when HMRC started looking).

I was just about to sign up to this one as well, because it's 100% guaranteed to be OK.

Can you match the 90% though? If not, I'll find someone else who will.

              I will.

How about you invoice the client and keep 90%. You just send me through 10% for 'Admin'. I don't think we need to bother the taxman about our little arrangement. Let's just keep it between ourselves shall we.

Then when if you ever get investigated you can call on me as a character reference at your trial.

Should I pop a NDA in the post?

Yep no worries Of course it will involve the vast majority of the contract rate going in to your pension................

Did you cut and paste that from an EBT's website?
