Hi SueEllen, thanks for the advice. At some point I shall do this. For the moment I shall answer to the questions, false / unfound statements just to make sure that the issue that I brought up here doesn't get muddy up by them. To the people who enthusiastically told me not to complain, move on and drop the case, I see their point but I will have to say 'thanks but no thanks'. -
