Limited Company claiming expenses

The expenses amount to £1900. The software I was loaned costs £1500 and the agency wants me to pay back the overpayment of £1000 due to imposing claiming expenses over fixed enhanced rate.

So the way I look at it I am £600 in credit that I can use as a bargaining chip.

If you're comtract is with Agemcy B and they owe you money I don't see why you think you can hold anyone else in the supply chain to ransom.
