Eh? Surely those changes put you well inside IR35 =\ I understand investigations are based more around working practices but still, the contract has to be taken into account surely?

If Legal were aware of the consequences of IR35 for their own company then they would surely think twice. Legal probably think they want a pseudo-permie-tractor but the team on the ground in England doesn't and they haven't had that for the past few years. To them it's just paperwork and they're probably wondering why I'm making such a fuss.
It's like they've left half of the good clauses in and taken out half. Just plain stupid if you ask me - probably some part-qualified legal temp working on it.Comment
