    Can't see why the agency would force the issue (apart from a brown envelope), but apparently they do.
    There have been scare stories in the past and there is a risk that. Dodgy umbrella could result in pain for the agency.

    I can see reasons for doing it without the additional introduction fee incentive
    merely at clientco for the entertainment
