FIRST ACCOUNTING PERIOD END DATE: 9 Sept 2013 __ 30 sept 2013

DATE BY WHICH THE COMPANY NEEDS TO:
* pay its Corporation Tax : 10 june 2014 __ 01 july 2014
* deliver its company tax return : 30 sept 2014 __ 30 sept 2014

Call HMRC to find out what you have to do regarding tax.

Read up on Companies House to find out what you have to do about Company records.

I am sorry to be blunt here, but YOU NEED TO PAY FOR AN ACCOUNTANT or else you will be in deep merde.

You are going to land up in a situation where instead of costing you in the region of £1200 for the year it will cost you three times that, plus fines and penalties from HMRC, and if Companies House / HMRC takes legal action against you, a lawyer too.

I'm sorry if you don't like the advice given here, but you don't seem to like the answers, so you rephrase the same question again.
