Sorry, have no idea (but hopefully someone else will). Could you engage an Irish solicitor or debt collection company?

So just to make sure we understand the situation. You have been contracting in England for a company registered in the RoI. The company hasn't paid all/some of your invoices.

You tried a UK based solicitor who chased/wrote to the English part of the operation who stated they have nothing to do with the finance side.

Assuming the above is correct we would suggest you use a debt collection agency who has an agent on the ground in Ireland. Using a UK firm with no presence in Ireland is unlikely to be any use as lets face it, they are unlikely to be worried by a foreign company.

Legal action is also an option, but you need to be aware that the costs involved are considerably higher than in the UK and getting a case before a judge can take a long time (in the region of 1-2 years depending on the court!)

Pretty sure we can think of a suitable agency, but the name escapes us...

I could pop into the Sinn Fein shop on Parnell Square, get you a kneecapping kit...

Not convenient just pointing out that this is not a job you do yourself. Leave it to someone with the correct resources and skills to do it
