Hi,

I’ve just started up a consultancy/contracting business after spending ~9 years permie. I did the contractor thing for a few years at the end of the 00’s, so I kinda know the lay of the land but this time it’s different - working directly for multiple clients at once, fully remote, project based pricing and delivery.

I’ve lurked here for a while, but I’m joining now as I’ve currently got some questions about how to manage retainer based support contracts :

I don't know anything about "retainer based support contracts" but no doubt there will be plenty of people on here who do.
