Now that they've introduced a new system, the contractor doesn't have an option to accept/reject an extension, nor are they told about any extension or it's length. They assume that the PS client or AMS PSR will inform the contractor, well as I'm inside IR35 neither of those will tell me. So I've just complained via the telephone (because the webchat, system messages and emails get ignored), the "customer relationship operator" agreed "that's not ideal is it". Also, contract details won't be posted to the new portal, this was useful as it showed the termination clauses for both sides.
