Question about PAYE and Umbrella Rates

I have come across a job ad with £650 p/d PAYE or £843 Umbrella. Wouldn't the umbrella option be much better than the PAYE?

that £843 is before employer NI deductions 15.55% and holiday pay 12.07% (minimum) + a bit for pensions.

now I make the PAYE rate based on that £610 so it depends what they are doing with holiday pay on the PAYE rate and how much you plan to put into your pension because I suspect the PAYE rate won’t allow salary sacrifice into a pension.
