Merge (1 Way Synchronise) Outlook Calendars

I'm in the somewhat irritating position of now having 4 Exchange accounts (Business, Personal (Which my wife manages ), Consultancy I'm contracted to, 3rd party I'm helping deliver a project for) and maybe even a 5th which would be the end user company because they've decided they want all communication to their users to be from an internal account.

Anyway, the e-mail bit doesn't bother me because Outlook and my phone are pretty good about it, but calendaring is proving to be...irritating. Trying to manage multiple calendars is a PITA and I'm worried about double booking people.

So, does anyone have any neat tools that can simply take the other 3 or 4 accounts and copy the appointments verbatim into my own business account. I need to be very careful it doesn't go sending meeting acceptances from my business account, too, because that'll irritate someone I'm sure.

It's a reasonable size project so it's likely this set up will continue for some time so I'm happy to spend some time getting a solution.

Does your phone let you sync more than one exchange account? I've not tried your scenario but I have used my galaxy s3 to display multiple calendars (including 1 exchange) overlaying each other

Yeah, it lets me have multiple calendars though the one of the front page only seems to show one which is crap, but I can probably find an alternative. What it doesn't let you do, though, is show multiple calendars from on Exchange account (E.g, shared calendars etc)
