Anyone used one of these? It does not matter if it is delayed as it is not for real trading.

Several on Google seem to require membership and other things. Are there any that you can just plug in and use?

Equities, futures, options, spot forex, commodities...

Are you talking about a trading platform, or just data feed?

Asset class does not matter as long as it is a data feed, it is only for a pet project.
I just want a data feed and will write the platform myself.

Okay, in that case I suggest you open a demo account (or real account if you like with a small deposit) on a platform like MetaTrader.

There you will find a real time data feed on a whole host of instruments. You can access the data in MQL language and send it to you custom pet platform using normal Windows DLL calls.

Then you can send your real time quotes (bid/ask) tick by tick or bar by bar to your application.
