There you will find a real time data feed on a whole host of instruments. You can access the data in MQL language and send it to you custom pet platform using normal Windows DLL calls.
Importing Function (#import) - MQL4 Documentation
Then you can send your real time quotes (bid/ask) tick by tick or bar by bar to your application.
