    google points me at ATL Development Guide (2nd Edition) source code, the use of COM memory managemen... - Free Open Source Codes - CodeForge.com so why you didn't search first I don't know.

        Bwana - I used the Internet Archive Wayback machine, looked up widgetware.com and managed to find the files for the 1st edition but it doesn't have the files for the 2nd edition. I looked in Mar 2001 as your book was published in 2000.
        It's possible that looking at a different date may get you a better result (I cba - sorry )
