Windows editor to handle 2,000,000 lines

I'm trying to create a file aprox. 100mb and 2 million lines long (an EDI message maxed out).

I just need to cut and paste into the file and save it.

notepad, pspad and word aren't upto the job. any ideas?

btw: pc only has 512mb ram

Textpad handles files that size easily. I managed to open a 1Gb text file in it once (log file). Lagged a bit but as long as the file fits in memory it works.
