    Any iXBRL knowledgy sorts?

Just spent hours again yesterday having to enter accounts and computations for CT600 when a couple of years back I could just attach PDFs and it's p*ing me off. I notice in the header of the print output pdf there are links that provide the iXBRL versions of both. It would only take an hour or two to parameterise the variable items in those and generate my own iXBRL accounts direct from an Excel sheet.

The only thing is all this stuff in the headers referencing the various taxonomies, numerous lines like this:

    xmlns:uk-countries="http://www.xbrl.org/uk/cd/countries/2009-09-01"

I was just wondering if all the references and standards are going to keep changing so much that accounts that submit one year won't work the next unless I spent yonks researching the changes and updating every year.

    Any ideas/opinions? Cheers.
