A proxy, or slingbox from a Sky box etc in the UK, or thebox.bz or uknova.com as sort of torrent PVR's!

i use slingbox for a direct feed back to a Home Theatre PC with 2 tv cards in it currently sat at my parents house in the uk

alternatively i use vpn to connect to parents router and use that as my uk ip address for downloading bbciplayer for the stuff i forgot to record on the HTPC.

Google "openproxy" - go to one of the sites that lists the peformance metrics. Then choose a good looking UK one and use this in your IE/Firefox/Chrome proxy settings.

I installed TVcatchup on my iPod Touch the other day. It was amusing to watch live TV on the little screen.
