A minor question, like, from one of my esteemed customers.

Anyone know how to fake a keypress in Windoze (VB6) when receiving a character from a serial port?

He's got this pcb with an 8052 on it, that sends characters to the serial port on the pc.

He can see the characters in VB, but can't figure out how to then use those to fake a keypress.

And it's yonks since I did any of this tosh.

Offshore the keypress and let a Bob do it for buttons.

I could make millions with advice like this, others have!
