1) Not being released as a DVD release so you can't physically buy it from any of the usual places
2) Has not been released yet, so you can't buy it at all

Also not there. I checked before I posted. There's only dev releases, not gold master. In fact rumor has it that you can't install a gold master unless you already have Snow Leopard installed. No one is sure how that will work for brand new kit though.
