    Simple HTML file becomes Chinese

    Was auto generating some simple HTML files from excel VBA to test out an Android WebView and used output as binary instead of text. One is here:

    It's in English but if you view the source that's in Chinese! If you save to disc and delete the first 2 chars the HTML also becomes Chinese. The things you discover by error.
