Problem with my new Huewei mifi dongle

I can't physically prize it open to put the sim card and battery in it, simply pressing in the Open button doesn't do the trick.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I did - Is it a large white one MiFi dongle?

I had to use quite a bit of force to open it and a small thin bladed knife.

Don't blame me if you break it though!
