    HTC Desire - Texts. Help.

So, I don't know how (or if) I can amend my phone to stop the message showing at the bottom of my screen when it's received.

Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Ooh good. Nosy bugger at work keeps asking to see my phone then nosing at my messages.

Mine doesn't do it, it just puts a little green circle by the messages icon. It does scroll the message on the bar at the top but I can switch that off by switching off the received notification in the messaging settings.

The H just came off my keyboard. How annoying.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I can't find the messaging settings. Buggering hell.

I have only just got my first Andriod phone and the SMS has been replaced by "SocialHub". The SMSes are threaded just like GMail.

Threaded by user as in Windows Mobile?

                    I find that most annoying.
