    Outlook 2003 Question?

I want to email users with a template request form they can use over and over.

I'm sure at a previous site I could store a copy in a folder complete it and send it and the original template would remain in the folder, but can't remember how I did it.

Any ideas? I'm sure there must be a box you just tick somewhere?

Ah, now older versions used to let you do this, but M$ is forcing you down the InfoPath route to do this kind of thing now.

I might be wrong but I asked someone to do this for me as they'd done it in a previous contract but they weren't able to and after a bit of research gave me this as a reason.
