I remember having the burn option in Tiger and I'm pretty sure in versions before that. I was genuinely surprised to find it missing in Leopard.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostReally? I can't remember if it was in Tiger, and I skipped Leopard.
One other option is to open Disc Utility (in /Applications/Utilities) and select the "Burn" button on the toolbar; that prompts you to locate a disc image, and away you go. I'm pretty sure that worked the same way in Tiger.
There again I had quite a hassle installing the version of Toast which came with my external DVD burner, and may have overwritten something then.
Hmm. I've just had a look in TinkerTool. In the Applcations tabs there's an option "Enable extended options when converting disk images". I haven't found out what that does yetBehold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.Comment
