any ideas even though its set for NOv 09 to FEB 2010 whenever I input 2010 dates for invoices and reciepts it just says invalid date

open up a new spreadsheet and type in the dates you need then copy and paste into the Quay one - or email them and ask them for the latest version - like i didComment

Data Validation set probably. It's a sort of formatty thing that only allows certain values to be entered, like from a specified list. Last suggestion of copy and paste should work too.bloggoth
