XBox 360 games recommendations

As an occasional gamer, I am feeling the need to dust off my XBox and have a play.

I'm not into XBox Live and prefer games such as Gears of War, Halo, Street Fighter etc.

I am a bit bored of the games I have so looking for suggestions from other players.

Bioshock & Bioshock 2 (which I haven't got yet so it isn't really a recommendation but still looks good).

Currently playing Modern Warfare 2 online on PS3 (and mostly winning by a big margin tonight with my trusty SCAR-H and claymores). Its on 360 too and i'm hooked even though i'm not really a gamer.

Me too (on XBL). Single player was over too quickly though - this is a multiplayer game.

I will get bored after I've prestiged a couple of times.

Bioshock 2 arrived in the post today, not had chance to play yet though, but the first one was fantastic.

Another favourite of mine was Crackdown, which was underrated - you could get a copy pretty cheaply now I reckon.

Gears of War 1 and 2 are both favourites too.

I get the impression that Bioshock 1 (&2) is quite strategy heavy or is it a straight out shoot 'em up ala Gears of War?

True, i've actually got Bioshock installed on my PC but can no longer play it as ATI say now i've got Windows 7 my graphics card, that was the latest thing 18 months, ago is now 'legacy' and unsupported. Tried the Vista driver but wont install
