    The firm reports that the problem affects editions of Windows 7, Vista, XP, NT, and Windows 2000.

    Yep, this happened to me on a XP system a couple of weeks ago. I pressed f10 during boot and started windows in safe mode, then rebooted and haven't had the problem again (yet).
